Yes. We have many years of experience in scaling our ecommerce systems with extreme load peaks of thousands of orders per minute in different shops.

What is the availability of DeepCommerce? Are there SLAs?

We offer a guaranteed availability of up to 99.95%. For our enterprise customers, we also offer SLAs.

Can I host DeepCommerce myself?

Partially. The DeepCommerce Cloud is an API-based system that we fully operate in the cloud. However, the freely customizable frontend can be hosted on your own servers or with the cloud provider of your choice. For our enterprise customers, we also offer a 'bring-your-own-cloud' option, where we operate the DeepCommerce cloud (with all data) in your own cloud account.

Are my data secure?

Yes. All data is transmitted encrypted according to the latest security standards and stored in compliance with the GDPR. For our enterprise customers, we offer the possibility to store personal data in a private vault, so that we do not have access to this data.

How are payments processed?

The payments of your customers never run through us, but are processed directly between your customers and you, or by your payment service provider. We offer interfaces to a growing number of payment service providers that you can easily integrate into your DeepCommerce system. The payout of the payments is made directly from your payment service provider to your account.

Which payment options are supported?

As standard, we offer interfaces for the most common payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, instant transfer, invoice, direct debit and prepayment. Further payment methods and also interfaces to own payment service providers can be implemented by you. Our API can basically work with any payment method.
